Welding/Leadership Construction Manager

in position!

Main tasks and works:

• managing a team of contractors on installation sites
• technical and professional management of construction works, management according to schedule
• ensuring continuous working conditions
• compliance with and enforcement of official regulations and quality requirements
• receiving, registering and coordinating materials and equipment arriving at the work site
• active participation in hectare cooperation

Job requirements:

• Locksmith - welding experience
• experience in construction work
• user-level computer skills
• building and maintaining good relations with colleagues and partners
• decisiveness, ability to work independently, good problem-solving skills
• good communication and organisational skills, ability to take decisions, accuracy and independence
• a professional with a sense of responsibility and a demand for his/her work

 An advantage to fill the job is:

• professional experience in the construction of steel and reinforced concrete industrial structures, building steel
• Category B driving licence
